Personality: Quirky, whimsical and incredible romantic, yet overall sweet and kind-hearted. Parfait takes to using both the heroes and the damsels of her stories as inspiration. From them, she's learned to be steadfast, brave, and optimistic in the face of danger. Parfait firmly believes that if there's a will, there's a way and in the end she always outwits her opponent. Though don't let her daring personality fool you, Parfait knows very well how to be coy and demure and use her girlish charms. She's as much ladylike as she is adventurous! <br />Being a young impulsive and headstrong pony, Parfait can be rather impractical and reckless at times, but when it comes to rescuing her friends, she is far more mature than any adult. Despite being heroic and charming, Parfait can be quite immature. And as such, she enjoys goofing off, listening to stories, playing "pretend", and parties with her friends.

Backstory: Do you believe in fairy tales? Parfait does! She is an adventurous and whimsical little mare who has an unabashed love for fairy tales and folk-lore. Parfait is a daydreaming, hopeless romantic, imaginative kind of pony you'd see wishing on stars and prefers seeing the world through a pair of rose-colored glasses.<br />By default, Parfait is the humble storyteller. She made a name for herself as the pony to blaze the trail for the genre and travels Equestria sharing stories of cursed princesses locked away in a tower or valiant heroes on noble quests with wide-eyed ponies by the fire. <br />Underneath the disguise, Parfait is Equestria's own fairy godmother. She and her amphibious companion, Pistachio, travel the globe unraveling mysteries, defeating evil witches, aiding cursed princes, awaking sleeping damsels and granting ponies their happily ever after while on a quest to rescue a mysterious pony, whom communicates to Parfait through a mysterious leather bound book
