• Pelarium (Pella)

    Octavia's Bow
    • Age: 21

      Gender: Female

      Species: Unicorn

Appearance: Pella has a tan-colored coat, that's slightly lighter on her belly. Her brown mane flows smoothly in a fashionable, but natural sort of way. Her tail, similarly kept, sways when she's impatient, or excited. Her eyes are green, like the environment she likes to be in.

Cutie Mark: Her cutie mark is a green leaf, surrounded by different-colored crystals connected by white lines to form a star.

The leaf symbolizes her love of nature, and most things in it.

Each gem is an animal aspect she's mastered. So far she has six; Squirrel (Brown), Skunk (Black), Eagle (Yellow), Snake (Green), Bear (Gold), Wolf (Grey)

Personality: She's generally friendly, optimistic, and lively. She knows her manners, but has a slight tendency to forget them (Unless she's channeling the Wolf aspect). Her aspects have a lot to do with her personality.

Backstory: Pella was born in Canterlot to normal, working-class parents. As loving and accepting as they were, they could not help but admit their daughter was... Strange. Especially when she came home one day with a 'pet' skunk. When school started, nobody in her class could deny that she was wild. She lead the craziest games and made the biggest speeches. They loved her. The problem came when she still didn't have her cutie mark at the second-grade level. She was excelling at her classes, yes, but nopony could respect her. When the unicorns split into their categories for magic, she couldn't go anywhere. Saddened, she fled to what she felt was her true home; the heart-tree of a nearby forest. Here, countless other ponies had come to cast their lot over the magic of nature. She'd practically grown up in it's sturdy boughs. She sat before the tree, and confessed her feelings of anguish and frustration, and strangely the tree responded to her. And upon her flank apeared a leaf. Her eyes gleamed with excitement and hope, as the tree slowly turned her around. There, the animals she'd befriended as a child had appeared in a circle before her. Each aproached them in their time, and each bestowed a gift upon her. An aspect of their nature, and the key to it's potential. She came out of those woods a new pony, driven with purpose; to unlock her own potential. She did what she could in grade school, but her real training was from the masters in the forest, which she grew to love.
