Personality: Periwinkle is a kind, smart pony who is carefree with her friends and business-like when she's working. She is very social and will never refuse to help someone.

Backstory: Several years ago when Periwinkle Skies was eight, she moved from Ponyvile to Baltimare. There she learned all about fashion and immediately knew she wanted to be a designer. She got her cutie mark when she made her third dress-a long, silky lavender one. A patch of the fabric appeared as her cutie mark. She had grown to love Baltimare, where she stayed until she was fifteen. each year she was planning to go to Canterlot someday. Her love for fashion had grown over the years, and she was ecstatic when she was informed of the Canterlot Elite attending the Grand Galloping Gala. When she was sixteen, she was torn between attending the year's GGG-a great time to see Canterlot with her own eyes-and going to Ponyvile, because she wanted to visit her hometown (and parents) again before moving farther away. Days before the event, she realized she hadn't found a color to go with her mane-not to mention what she wanted the dress to look like. In a panic, she switched her plans to go back to Ponyvile to get some inspiration-and maybe some fresh air in the process.
