Personality: He is David Pocket's sporadic split personality. He enjoys heat and can't stand being outside when it's cold. He is also quite a bit more unpredictable and illogical then David is. He also kinda enjoys chaos. He makes his decisions based on the whims of his emotions, whether he feels destructive or helpful, that all depends on what's happening.

Backstory: After David Pocket was tortured by the changelings, he finally cracked. But instead of revealing NLR secrets, he went bonkers and fractured a bit of his personality. Poe is that fracture. All in all, Poe only accounts for about 1/10 of David's total personality, but still drives him crazy with random comments and questions.
