Species: Alicorn

Appearance: Licorice (as she prefers to be called) is a dark red pony with a lighter red mane, which has black streaks running through it. She has a small golden crown on her head just in front of her horn, and a locket to match. Her hooves are adourned with golden shoes, and all pieces of her jewelry have capital L's on them.

Cutie Mark: A stick of red licorice wrapped around a heart.

Personality: She has a tendency of liking everypony she meets, and thus has had many crushes in her life. Her parents won't allow her to get married or even have a coltfriend, because they still believe in the royal ritual of selling off the princess to the best suitor. She hates suitors.

Backstory: Her family is a cruel (but typical) royal family rivaling with the Celestians. They live and rule just outside of Equestria, in a small empire by the name of Trottingheart. She grew up around all of the other Candymares, hating her parents, but slowly, day by day, warming up to her older siblings.
