Cutie Mark: Although ponies believe that her cutie mark is to bring eclipses, it actually means that when the Princess "leave" Equestria, she will bring the day and night.

Personality: In her first couple of years, she is quiet and tends to only be around her family and their friends. She is very nervous and self-conscience around other ponies, knowing that she look nothing like a normal pony. She will sometimes cry about not looking normal. She also gets angry when ponies call her mother a rogue Princess and such. <br /><br />Later as she takes under the wings of the Alicorns, she becomes a little more social but tends to act more like her mother because she is very attached to her parents.<br /><br />After her parents sacrificed themselves to restore the moon, she had to take charge of moon and acted much like her mother and was quite silent in most matters.<br /><br />When she had to take both roles of raising and lowering the sun and moon, she also tried to act like both her Aunt and Mother so the ponies would fall back into harmony. She takes the roles seriously but during her free time, she wishes to settle down and find a special some pony.

Backstory: Princess Morning Sunset (aka Princess Eclipse) was born after the first Trinity. Her Parents are Saintcrusade and Princess Luna. Princess Eclipse saw other ponies her age and notice they were similar to each other but she was more different. She tended to hide her self from every pony and only came out when she was needed. It was until Princess Twilight insisted that she attend the school in ponyville. There she became friends with the Cutie Mark Crusaders and Esti the Bunnopony (aka the Micro Manager). Her friends treat her as if she were just a normal filly and Esti gives her sympathy whenever she is down. <br /><br />She is destined to rule equestrian for five thousand years after the passing of the other princesses.
