Personality: While she is an immortal and rules with the Royal Family, Princess Oceana is very freedom-loving and non-serious. She is young at heart and loves fun, but also has a mature, calm, more relaxed side that comes out mainly when she is using her aquatic powers.

Backstory: Princess Oceana is the ruler of all things water. Everything from oceans, to lakes, to rain. She is the sister of Luna and Celestia.
