Appearance: <p> Body:<br /> Quill is a chocolate brown coated unicorn mare with a cream front left sock.<br /><br /> Hair:<br /> Her mane and tail are a light cream in colour her mane is curly and medium length has blue highlights. Quill's tail is long and bushy just cream in colour.<br /><br /> Other:<br /> Quill wears a pair of glasses and her magic colour is white. </p> <p>   </p>

Cutie Mark: <p> A scroll, fronted by a feathered quill. </p> <p>   </p>

Personality: <p> Quill is a more quite type of pony, her years have given her much experience of both various parts of life and ponies she can read most ponies rather easily. She has found that ponies are like books and the most subtle of movements, even the pronunciation of words can open them to be read. However many ponies cannot be read and the ones she can't this has given her a habit of offending, this has made her a little reclusive. </p> <p>   </p>

Backstory: <p> Normal Background Story:<br /><br /> Quill has been around the block; she's learned a thing or two in many different areas, and has a decent working knowledge about many a pony or place. During her lifetime, she's seen the return of the Crystal Empire, the Canterlot Changeling Invasion and the power the Elements of Harmony truly possess.<br /><br /> Quill was born in the the township of Trottingham to a normal loving set of parents, with a brother who came along later. She had a fairly normal fillyhood as she grew up, fitting in and playing, dreaming of what life had in store for her, as well as her friends and family.<br /><br /> Quill gained her cutie mark, a scroll of parchment fronted by a quill, from a test of knowledge at her local school; she memorized over half of a massive library in the space of two weeks, simply to prepare for this exam. She passed with a 100%, of course. Upon receiving words of encouragement and a parchment from her teacher on her excellent results, she gained her cutie mark. From then on, she was able to put words (both spoken and written) to memory and easily recall those words with perfect accuracy. She went on to help the rest of her classmates find their cutie marks; within a year, the entire class held not a single blank flank!<br /><br /> Once Quill graduated from school, she moved away from Trottingham to study the libraries of the entire nation - seeking hidden and forgotten knowledge that lie in wait beneath the stacks. Eventually, word of her endeavor got around; she was hired by the crown to follow out and report back on this task, allowing her to travel at will in search of more ancient or mystical knowledge to be gleaned, to be returned to and shared with others.<br /><br /> She absolutely LOVES her chosen profession: she's already been at it for most of her adult life and she can not (and WILL not) stop in her far-spanning quest to learn everything she can about the magical world she lives in...<br /><br /> ==================================================================================================================================<br /><br /> Vampire Background Story:<br /><br /> Quill has been around the block for a while and she's learnt a thing or two about many a thing, whether that is pony or place. From the shadows she keeps tabs on all that transpire in the world around her she is most taken by those she finds interesting, in rare cases extends the offer of her 'gift' to those she thinks worthy of immortality.<br /><br /> Quill was born in the the township of Trottingham to a normal loving family she had one younger brother. Quill had a normal fillyhood as she grew up fitting in and playing being a normal filly dreaming of what life had in store for her, her friends and family. Quill was second in her group or year to gain her cutie mark a scroll of parchment fronted by a quill she gained this in a test of knowledge at her local school where she read half a library in two weeks to practice for this exam which she passed 100% upon receiving a parchment from her teacher on her excellent result she gained her cutie mark. From then on she was able to put words, both spoken and written to memory and with ease recall said words as in which the manner they were spoken or write with perfect accuracy. She went on to help the rest of her group and extension her year gain their own marks by the time they all grew up.<br /><br /> Her life took a very different road when she left her home...<br /><br /> Quill was in an old library in Canterlot in fact she was in the royal library studying like she normally did late into the night she was digging around looking for a particular book when she found something she was not meant too, even worse she read it sealing her fate as she soon discovered what she read terrified her written on these pages were things of night mares the words were scrolled in blood...<br /><br /> She was enthralled by the book none the less it was information after all but she was discovered by someone she did not think had that in her. Celestia discovered her at first she did not notice what she was reading but then she did. She gave Quill one of three choices; One, lose her memory of all that she had read, Two, lose her life as the words she had read were not meant for mortal eyes or three...<br /><br /> Quill chose option three Celestia is her 'Night' mother something surreal these days with the return of Luna. That was a long time ago Quill has been there in the shadows never seen or heard or noticed by those of any note unless she wants them to see. Quill has all but mastered her 'condition' and what she needs to do on a regular basis things that would see her imprisoned or banished which nearly happened a few times when she was new to it. However she made it through these few new years and she watches the world pass her by looking for a worthy someone or ones to pass her 'gift' to so that she may not be alone... </p> <p>   </p>
