Appearance: Quinty has really oceany collors, her fur is sea green and her manes are salmon pink. Her manes are a bit on the short side and she has a tiny braid in it with a pearl on the end.

Cutie Mark: Quintys cutie mark are three bubbles and a pearl. It means that she is really good at diving and in finding pearls.

Personality: (suggest reading her backstory first) <br />Quinty hates admitting she's not good at something, that's why she ia usually really sassy when she's around other ponys. She is actually really shy but she covers that with a load of attitude and bold honesty. But once she gets to know somepony and gets comfortable around them (which can take a while) she is really kind and loyal and she'll show them her soft and nice side. Then she is really caring and sweet, but still in her own sassy way.<br />Quinty also loves learning other ponys stuff. Then she can show off her own skills and help somepony else. But she isn't the most pacient teacher in the world.<br />She is also a bit hot headed and she can't handle critique well.<br />Quinty is really relaxt most of the time, she doesn't worry about something quickly and it's hard to make her stress since she doesn't care much about other ponys.

Backstory: Quinty's life has been one full of fun and happyness. She lived with her parents, sandy shell and wave rider, on a cliff in the west side of equestria. If you go down that cliff, with a steep little staircase, you'll come on the beach. This is the beach where you'll find quinty the most.<br />Her parents are two verry kind and loving ponys. Sandy is a proffessor in oceanology and she studdies the beach, wave rider is a surf instructor and adventurer. Both have a passion for the ocean and for eachother.<br />Quinty got her quite unique name when she was born (obviously) because her parents couldn't decide if the wanted to call her aqua or minty. Sandy wanted minty because she thought her fur was minty but WR said her fur was more of an aqua collor. Both are stuborn so they decided to compromise and mix the names together. That's how the name 'quinty' got inventet.<br />Quinty never went to school, she learned writing and reading and everything about the ocean from her mother and her father learned her how to swim and surf.<br />She got her cutie mark when she wanted to give her mother a special mothers day gift. One day sandy told quinty that there are special shells that can make pearls, then sandy showed quinty a pearl she had on her necklass. Quinty thought it was one of the prettyest things she had ever seen. Because it was almost mothers day, quinty decided to give her mother a pearl so when they all went to the beach together quinty dived of a big rock and swum t the bottom of the ocean. There she saw many shells and she didn't really know which one would have a pearl but one of the shells felt different. She didn't know what it was but she could just feel it. She pulled the shell from the rock and swum back to the beach. When she came above the water the first thing she saw were her parents looking worried. She asked them what was wrong and they told her that she had been under water for almost eight minutes. At first quinty didn't beleve it but it was true. Then quinty showed her parents the shell and told them what she did underwater. Now her parents weren't angry anymore and they smiled. Together they opened the shell and to everyones surprise there was a pearl in the shell! At the same moment quinty got het cutiemark. Quintys mother was really happy with the pearl but she didn't want to keep it. Instead she braided it into quintys manes and she still wears it.<br /><br />From that moment on quinty was a pearl diver and she found many more pearl which she sells ti earn money. But she also still loves surfing and swiming. Most of her days she spends in the water with her family by their house on the cliff.
