Personality: Always happy and jokingly attitude like pinkie pie, but not as jumpy, has a tendency to forget what he is doing, usually ending up in a lot of explosions... he is also crazy. Crazyness side effects include: pain, going insane, indoctrination, random effects.

Backstory: Quip had a normal life for the most part. He was raised in Ponyville, and his parents were kind of like special effect ponies in a way of their own. His mom was an illusionist, and his dad was a fire dancer. <br /><br />Quip got his cutie mark when he put on his own firework show. He made all the rockets himself, along with the setup. Almost everypony in Ponyville showed up for it. Rumors went around that Quip had a little too many accidents in the work shed and went crazy, but nopony seemed to care.
