Cutie Mark: His cutie mark has Hearts raining from the sky. <br /> As Raining Hearts himself is unwilling to talk about the meaning behind his Cutie Mark, this has left it up to speculation.<br /><br />Some believe it means he can spread happiness and love wherever he goes while others believe it means he can understand the hearts desire of every pony he meets.<br /> A minority few believe the raining hearts to be a representation of a dark past(or future.)

Personality: Raining Hearts is generally an honest pony, he doesn't see the need to lie if he believe he can reach the desired results without relying on a lie to get it for him.<br /> He prefers to deal with things himself and will push for results that achieve his desired end. <br /><br />While he understands the need for allies Hearts does not believe that befriending somepony is worth the effort if he does not interact with that pony on a weekly basis.<br /><br /> Hearts is also a ambitious pony, he rose from being a simple farmer to becoming the youngest elected Lord Potentate to date.<br />He also pressures the ponies of Kartrin to be ambitious as well.

Backstory: Raining Hearts was a friendly and outgoing filly and had many friends across the Dominion during his childhood. This was due to his father being a merchant within Kartrin and despite hardships Raining Hearts never went without food and shelter.<br /> He also enjoyed visiting his mother in Singahoof as her back legs were paralyzed from an accident shortly after he was born.<br /><br /> While he was not one for the sciences he was not much of a hard worker either; much to the disappointment of his father. This did change when his father had a heart attack and Hearts was forced to take over the trade to help support his mother.<br /> He made enough to make ends meet, but Hearts knew this wasn't the life for him and after the incident with the Dragons at Singahoof he was free to do what he wished. <br /> <br />After mourning for his mother and a desire for revenge, Hearts left Kartrin into the Dragon lands. Two years later he returned with as a different pony and had his cutie mark.<br /><br /> He quickly reentered the politics of Kartrin and was elected to the position of Lord Potentate. What he plans to do with this position or the power that comes with it remains to be seen...<br />
