Appearance: Raiya is 5'8" with black hair and green eyes. Her hair is straight and reaches the middle of her back. Her bangs are shaggy and sometimes can cover her eyes. She wears silver chain necklace unlike the choker in the picture. She normally wears her Crux Gang leader biker jacket that is jet black and has an upside-down cross on the back. She wears either black canvas combat pants or a black canvas skirt with fishnet stockings. She wears a pair of deadly stilletto heals made from black leather and the heal part made from polished steal.

Personality: She attempts to be calm and collected most days, while exerting her iron fist rule over the Crux Gang. If her calm and collected personality is disturbed, she can be a force to be reckoned with. She doesn't get angry often, but when she does, she goes berserk. Underneath her calm and collected demeanor is the frightened child that was given off to the catholic church at 9 to study magic. Only around those she has a true bond with, does she drop her guard.

Backstory: Raiya's parents came to Arconium from the island Country off the northwest coast of Arconium known as Veridya. When she was 8 her parents fell on hard times. With almost no money or food to feed themselves, let alone Raiya, they gave Raiya to the Catholic Church. They were originally going to keep her as a nun but saw her scholarly talent when studying ancient texts. After seven years of studying ancient texts, and after being ushered in to the Order of Magician Saints, she found out the dark secrets of the Catholic Church. From the pope being in league with Satan himself, to the brainwashing of the masses through manipulation of the original Holy Bible scripture. As soon as she found this out, she fled the Order and the Church. Her faith in even God faltered because of this. After her departure she was furious, with the Church, with God, with life. Coming upon the town Vertlyn, with rage in her heart, she was attacked by gangsters from the Dragon gang. After quickly defeating them she was able to have one of them take her to their hideout where she fought the Esper gang leader and defeated him. Raiya spared the leader his life, but took over his gang. Some of the gangster left the gang with the leader, but the majority stayed. And thus the Crux gang was born, led by a 16 year old girl. After taking over the gang, Raiya decided to change how the gang operated. Knowing the deeply seeded roots the Catholic Church had in the government, and laws she went on a rampage destroying the police stations of Vertlyn, and all government related buildings. She took over all government related operations for Vertlyn and cut Vertlyns ties with the government and effectively the Catholic Church. Many Magician Saints from her old order were sent to deal with her, but all failed as she struck them down one by one. Eventually she met a boy named Zeke who fought his way into the Crux gang hideout to seek out Raiya's expertise. After fighting him because she was too angry to just speak to him when he arrived, she realized that his powers were neither magic nor esper related. Raiya helped him to the best of her ability but was unable to give him a definitive answer. Raiya grew a friendship with Zeke, and was ultimately the one who set him on the path to find God's Hand.
