Cutie Mark: His cutie mark is an hourglass with no sand. The reason for there being no sand is because he is destined to go beyond the limits of time and therefore does not see a beginning or end of time.

Personality: As he is a young Time Lord, he can be very jubilant even in serious times. However, he does understand when he is in a crisis and can easily figure out solutions that some might not even realize.

Backstory: All that is known so far is that he was born in his parents' TARDIS and earned his cutie mark when he ventured out on his own after escaping the Time War in his TARDIS. He had gone to the day his parents died to give his final farewells. They told him that time was only a barrier to those who are bound by it and that he need not see it as such. After realizing that time was indefinite, his cutie mark appeared.
