Appearance: Maroon crystal pony with long black mane and tail who wears a spear armament armed with six firable chained spears. Smaller than most stallions; about the size of a mare. Sometimes mistaken for a mare due to his small size and mane/tail. On his left sode he also has a sword sword sheathed that only uses if he has no choice just the spears.

Personality: One track mind- peace and unity for Equis cares about everyone wants minimal death, even in war

Backstory: Son/ descendant of King Somba depending on rp. Due to this, he had very few friends growing up but those he did are loyal to him until the end. At age 8 he met his special sompony and marefriend, a NON-crystal unicorn named Silver Belle. (NON-crystal is important). When he was 14, Cadence went insane becoming Mad Queen Cadence and possibly killing Shining Armour(if sources are to be believed) and began killing any NON-crysral ponies in the Crystal Empire.Hearing this, Rampart sent Silver Belle with an escortvto retirn her home to Canterlot but they were ambuahed ans she was sentaced to death. Rampart found out about her capture and charged blindly into Cadence's castle immediatly being incapaccitated by the mad queeneherself who forced him to watch as he joyoisly and slowly ended Silver Belle's life and then came his turn. But before he cpuld die, the shadow took over raising hell in the castle and escaping. Once was out of the Vrystal Empire and back in the EUA base in the Gar Reaches, the shadow released him for the time being. When war broke out between the nations of Equis,he formed the Equis United Army(EUA) to launch a war to unite Equis and put in place a council of leaders comprised of all sentient races.
