Personality: Running Loose is Shy. He often likes to show off and is a very good flirter. He is slightly autistic and suffers from ADHD. He loves animals and as a result from his near-death experience, is very tough and risk willing. He stands up for his friends and makes them easily. However, he finds it hard to keep them because of how talkative he is.

Backstory: Before he found Ponyville, He was homeless. His family was killed during a robbery, and struggled almost 40 Miles to the closest city. He is blue, so the Watchers were unable to spot him. He trained himself to tolerate pain, run, and jump, and even though he was severely wounded from a knife, was able to make it to ponyville. He let out his last gasp for breath(or at least he thought it would be) in front of a library made from a tree.
