Cutie Mark: Rut-Light's cutie mark is an old railway lantern, signifying that his special talent is to 'light the way'. His monocle is how he 'lights the way' as his monocle brightens up when it's night or in a dark place. So the monocle is connected to his special talent.

Personality: Mr.Light isn't exactly the happiest pony to ever live, however that is not to say that he's grumpy all the time, he's actually quite humble and at times a bit cryptic. He can be a bit skeptic of ponies that he can't trust, but he's not Mr. meany-face either, he can be a nice stallion once you get to know him. He also has a strange attraction to railways and is said to be the wisest pony in PonyVille.

Backstory: RutLight was born and raised in PonyVille on the night of the holiday known as Nightmare Night. The stallion wasn't odd at all, except in one way: He had the deepest blue eyes anyone has ever seen. As he grew up he became more and more humble, but slightly crazy and once had a job on a railway all the way in Baltimare up until he retired at the age of 54. Now, once again in PonyVille he lays, waiting and thinking...thinking about when he was going to see his old friends and make new ones.
