Appearance: For physical appearance:<br />Saigo is 6 foot 1.<br />Towards the pale side in skin tone.<br />He has all white hair and wears it in a ponytail with a black and grey band to tie it together, and somewhat messy bangs in the front. The very back ending of his ponytail is colored red.<br />Notable two pointy fanged K9 like teeth in his mouth. And even the rest of his teeth seem sharper than average.<br />He has eyes with white pupils and grey irises. <br />An large X styled scar on his chest over his heart.<br />His fingernails and toenails are also painted black.<br />He is just barely on the skinny side, but seems to be rather physically strong anyways.<br />Black snake tattoo that looks like it wraps around his arms up to his shoulders.<br /><br />For clothing:<br />He wears a white kimono that comes down to his knees. It has a red triangle pattern that spikes up at the end of the sleeves and bottom by his knees. And the lining of the garment is a red and black alternating triangle pattern.<br />A necklace made out of black cord with a gold coiled snake attacked to end of it.<br />A black, red, and white striped belt with a bottle of venomous snake sake tied to it and hung off the back. The bottle itself is all grey with the Kanji for poison painted on it in white.<br />A silver ring worn on his right ring finger with a decent sized red gemstone placed into it. The gemstone has the Kanji for blood etched into it, and then filled with a black material to give it color.<br />Baggy grey ninja like pants that go down to his ankles. <br />Hardwood sandals painted black with red cord to slip his feet into.<br />And also wears bandages under his kimono in the form of a shirt. The wrappings come down to his knuckles and act like gloves.<br /><br /><br />For weapons:<br />Saigo carries a Katana on his left side.<br />Matching Tanto blade strapped to the back on his belt<br />Matching Odachi Strapped to his back with red cord.<br />And three Kunai made with the same metal and the grips wrapped in red cord held inside of his kimono.<br /><br /><br />His main weapon is his Katana and he prides himself with the craftsmanship of his weapon. The handle of the sword is made out of white snake skin and red cord to make the wrapping with a black snake ornament in between the two materials. The Tsuba of the weapon is a black steel snake coiled around it. The scabbard of his sword is white snake skin coated hardwood and a red sageo cord attached to it. The blade of the sword made out of some odd all black shiny metal with the Kanji for snake etched into the beginning part of the blade. It also has a shark tooth like temper line.

Personality: Saigo seems to have little to no emotion while talking, thinking, or fighting. The only expression he tends to show that isn't bland, is a completely sadistic grin. And his ideals tend to lean towards cruelty and a strong distaste for the weak or cowardly to the point of not thinking twice about executing repeating offenders. He however, doesn't have no emotion at all, and can be kind to some people in his own way.<br /><br />Besides that, Saigo tends to like a varied amount of arts. Like painting, music, and his favorite personal arts of all, fighting, and war.

Backstory: Saigo was born into a family of exiled warriors, shunned for their skills in combat but also their lust for power. He was expected to learn little and then eventually die off with his family. However, he instead excelled far past his brothers and even his parents as quite the prodigy. Eventually after years of training he acquired his distaste of what he himself would consider imperfect beings. And started with his own family, seeing their own surname translates to imperfect. He slaughtered them all in combat without even taking a scratch for their main objective of killing for money, power, and satisfaction. He chalked this up as purging the nation of "weakness" as he burned down the house and fled, never turning back.<br /><br />Afterwards, he trained constantly and accepted as many challenges he could to further his skill, winning all of them. Word eventually spread about his skills in the army led by Kurai, and with their upcoming plight against Narumi for the Tani territory, they needed all the help they could get before their coup against them. So, the general under Kurai sent word for Saigo to assist him against the two nations. <br /><br />He accepted the offer, but not for the money, but for something much more. When he arrived to the castle he heard the man under Kurai out, but as a turn of events in the end, he simply scoffed and pointed out that "Any leader of an army that seeks help from others to do his own job isn't fit for his position," before swiftly decapitating the man in front of all the others in the room. After he fell to the ground, he turned to Kamimura Kurai and made him an offer. Make him the new general of his army, and he promises less incompetence than his predecessor. Seeing how easily he parted the ex-general of his head, Kurai accepted Saigo's offer.<br /><br />Using his position, he gained many weapons and items that he couldn't easily obtain before. Much better training in sword fighting, intelligence, and even a new found magic to use in combat. He put these skills to use when the coup against Narumi ensued. And afterward in the raid against Lord Edo for his castle, he was even the one who personally executed the Lord himself after dueling him and his top guards.
