• Satyr Atticus Borderick

    Naught Important

    • Age: Forgot

      Gender: Male

      Species: Non-Pony

Appearance: Despite his pony-like looks, he isn't exactly a pony

He is hollow, and a large ball of green sludge supports his life. His skin feels like a pillow, and tastes like sugar.

Cutie Mark: It represents how peaceful and loving he is, obviously.

Personality: Satyr is very loving. Regardless of any trait, he can feel love for anyone. Despite him being bisexual, he prefers mares ever-so-slightly more than stallions. He is extremely polite, and never likes the feeling of being on someone's nerves.

When he finds some sort of science-y thing that interests him greatly, he gets very excited.

Even though he is very loving to everypony, he also loves to see humans being torn apart. Humans are the only species that he can see die without feeling sympathy.

As far as he knows, humans are the only think that can remotely provoke him. When he does seem pestered by how stupid humans can be, he becomes really depressed and hides from others. He does this because he knows that he is very disrespectful and pretty much mean when he is in this mood. He also never likes being in that mood.

He speaks with a somewhat low-pitched voice, and uses a lot of complicated words. He also likes to think out loud when he finds something interesting.

He always takes the words "Egg-head," "Nerd," and "Pansy" as compliments. He says that the words describe him well.

Backstory: (Everything you read here happens on Human Earth in a different dimension)

He was born unto royalty by the King, Silus, and Queen, Siane, of the expansive kingdom of Garthidia. Satyr acted like any normal child would; he went to school with all the common children. He was somewhat spoiled by his parents, considering he was their only child. As his life continued, he began to think more about the larger things in life. He thought constantly about space, the stars, and human intelligence. He realized many things about his life and others' lives. He became very solitary and mature at a young age, which worried his mother a little. She didn't know what was going on with him, so she tried to act like she loved Satyr much more than usual. That began to bother him, and he often resisted his mother as much as possible. At the age of 14, Satyr's mother was murdered by Unseen, who was a serial killer, while she was walking through the nearby forest. Unseen was given its name from the fact that no one can see its real face. Her death was a major turning point in Satyr's life. At her funeral, his father was bawling, while Satyr just sat there with an optimistic mind thinking about who Unseen was and where his mother's soul went to. When his father noticed his dry face, he thought that Satyr wanted her to die. Even though he did at some times, he never thought it would actually happen. When the funeral ended, his father pulled him aside to talk to him about why he wasn't feeling sympathy for his mother. During the conversation, his father made points that enraged himself; the fact that his own child wasn't respecting his caring mother was one. His anger evolved into physical violence, and began to beat Satyr for his carelessness, despite it being a complete misunderstanding.
Once Satyr returned to school, hundreds of questions arouse from his peers. The questions were carried on to his father, and the onslaught irked him greatly, which resulted in him forcing Satyr out of school without his opinion on the matter. At the time, Satyr actually enjoyed going to school, so he was getting annoyed with his father's tyranny over him.
The people of Garthidia were losing morality due to their depressed and spiteful ruler. The bad attitude of the king shed off into most of the citizens, and the king was neglecting the thoughts of the people much more than usual.
When Satyr was 19, the king of another kingdom tried to bribe Silus with a plethora of money for his trust. The greed of Silus accepted the deal almost instantly. The other king said that the deal shall be kept as long as he has Satyr marry his daughter, Cynthia. The deal continued again without the consent of Satyr, but he witnessed the beauty of Cynthia, and started to accept the deal more. He thought this as the best decision his father may have made at the time, while not only supporting peace, but giving Satyr a chance to become happy again. Unfortunately, after the marriage occurred, he realized how irritating Cynthia really was. Even though she was as beautiful as the sunset, she was as dumb as a pile of stones. Satyr began to realize that Cynthia thought that her life was some sort of fairy tale, and Satyr was her Prince Charming. She thought that this was a total dream-come-true. She thought that they loved each other immensely, but Satyr only could love her for her appearance, which didn't overthrow her lack of intelligence.
Satyr had nearly given up on life. He followed his mother's footsteps out into the nearby forest, hoping that Unseen could take him with it as well. He walked around one small area constantly, and never was abducted. So, he began to search for his fate. After a while, he found a small structure covered with tile and wood. Without much hesitation, he entered the place. There were multiple blood stains on the walls, so he had to assume this was where Unseen lived. He searched off to the doorway to his right, and saw a woman with blood-stained blonde hair and a butcher's knife in her hand. She was kneeling down to the body of a man, who had a massive crevice in his stomach. When Satyr tried to communicate with her, she flicked her hood over her head and charged Satyr into the wall with the knife to his throat. She hesitated, and her arm began to loosen. She tried to lower the pitch of her voice and asked if Satyr was the Prince, and received the foreseen "Yes." She told him to get out, but Satyr refused. The two began to argue and the woman threatened to kill him like she did with his mother. Then, with the spirit of his father, he was throwing insults back at her. He said that it is her fault that his life is awful, and blamed her for his father's grieving as well. He relentlessly hit her across the face. At this point, she was forced back into the corner, and was actually crying. Satyr's heart returned from his uncontrolled anger, and was dreading what he had just done. A small part of him said that she deserved it, but the much larger half was completely sorry. He went over to her, and was trying his best to comfort her. He tried to get into an embrace with her, which instantly stopped her crying. Almost as if she wasn't expecting it at all. When Satyr asked her if she was OK now, but got no reply. He pulled down her hood and saw a beet-red face with blood-shot, red eyes. He expected her to knock him back for uncovering her identity, but she just stared at him. Even though he knew that she was one of the most infamous humans alive, he could not resist thinking how cute her face is. They only stared at each other for a while longer, then the woman jumped up and gave Satyr a hug as well and began to cry again. Satyr was becoming skeptical whether or not this was the killer everyone talked about, since she seemed very sensitive. He remained in the arms of her for a while longer, until she slowly let go of him. They stared at each other again, until Satyr broke the silence by apologizing for hitting her, and he asked for her name. She muttered under her breath: "Diane." Once the two of them conversed with each other, Satyr noticed that they were both in about the same position in life. Diane told him that she never knew her parents, and suffered from bullying most of her life. She told him that the corpse she was looking at before was someone who tried to capture her by doing what Satyr was doing. She warned him that you shouldn't try to coax her into doing anything that she wouldn't do naturally, since she reacts to things with a bad attitude, and with the strength of a gorilla. She also told him that she was going insane from the lack of sleep, which sparked Satyr's interest. He wondered if he could caress her into sleep. Diane was questioning whether or not that this was some sort of trick, but took Satyr's trust for the time being. That night, Satyr successfully set Diane to sleep, and as he promised, he would stay with her the entire night to protect her. When day broke, Satyr woke up from when he fell asleep while guarding Diane. She was still asleep, though, and stayed asleep for what felt like the next hour. When she woke up, she turned to see Satyr sitting at her back, in the same position as when she fell asleep. That let her believe that she could really trust him.
Cynthia was heard outside of the home, and Diane told Satyr not to inform anyone about this. When Satyr left the house to greet his wife, she asked where he had been the entire night. He spit up a lie and told her that he just dozed off in the little house he found. Considering how gullible Cynthia was, she bought the entire thing. When they were passing through the courtyard of the castle, Satyr saw a large wasp hive descending from a tree branch. He thought it would be amusing if he gave Cynthia a flower to attract a wasp, since he knew that she would be frightened by them. When he picked the flower and offered it to her, she took it like most other girls would. Just as planned; a wasp landed upon the flower and was taken inside of the castle. When they returned to their room, the wasp flew off of the flower and right at the window. Cynthia's reaction was as expected; she shrieked and told Satyr to kill it. But, He didn't feel like killing the thing. It wasn't doing any harm, so why should he harm it? Cynthia objected to the matter and went for it herself, but the wasp would be kept alive by the quick hand of Satyr. After that, he decided to keep it as a little pet. He brought it a flower every once in a while, but couldn't think of a fitting name for it.
That night, he returned to Diane to help her get to sleep again, but he had to go back to his wife since she would become a worry-wart again. He had a dream where he was in a pitch-black area, and purple gases were being released from all around him. A figure appeared in the darkness, and said "I am coming for you." That freaked him out a little, enough to wake him up. He felt like he couldn't go back to sleep, since he was wondering what that thing was and if it was really coming for him. He eventually dozed off, though.
The next day seemed pretty normal. Satyr visited Diane in mid-day, and was accidentally given a demonstration on how Diane did what she does best. Satyr was somewhat amused by the performance, and even he didn't know why.
That night, Satyr had another dream. In this one, he was with Diane in the middle of a deep forest. An army of the castle's guards surrounded them, and charged. Before they reached the two of them, a voice whispered: "You are the chosen one." and he woke up. He noticed that the two voices from each dream sounded alike, which brought Satyr's curiosity to an all-time maximum.
At the end of the week, it was Satyr's 20th Birthday. There was no celebration, like the last 6 birthdays, but he made a wish to himself. He wanted to know what was appearing in his dream, since he didn't have much else to wish for. While he was walking through the castle, he eased in on a conversation between Cynthia and his Father. They were planning to take out Unseen with maximum force. When he broke into the conversation, he asked why and when this was happening. The reason why was because if they could minimize the fears of the citizens, things might get better for everyone. This was planned to happen three days from then, at midnight. Since none of them knew that Unseen and him were in their own little affair, they didn't hesitate. Even if they did know, they probably wouldn't care. That night, Satyr did his usual, but tried to not let the attack come into a conversation. He was very worried, though. When he was exiting Diane's small home, he turned his head to a star that was about twice as large as any other in the sky. Even though he was skeptical of it actually working, he made a wish. He wanted to really be able to protect her at this time, since it is when she needed it. The star he wished to grew larger and larger. The green light surrounding it was creating a streak across the sky. The star was actually a meteor, and it crashed with an unexpectedly small amount of force far off to the right of where he was standing. Without any thought, he ran toward the crash site. He was wondering if his wish was being answered.
When he reached the site, he saw a almost perfectly spherical grime-colored object surrounded with an atmosphere-like sphere of green mist. Satyr inched his way toward the object. When he put his arm into the mist, he felt a sort of electric sensation coming from it. He entered the atmosphere completely, feeling this sensation all over his body. It was also being felt inside of his throat and lungs. He began to feel his organs go numb, and he started to cough up blood. He saw his sight slowly darken, and he fell flat on the ground, dead. The mist had melted down his organs into nothing. But, in the darkness of his current view, he saw the meteorite that was emitting the mist, but it wasn't producing anything. The spikes on the top of it extended with six long, thin, grey legs. The legs flipped the meteorite over, and released a head attached to the apparently hollow underside of it. The head was attached to the hollow center by a spine-like pillar. The beast said: "You shall assist me." That woke Satyr up from his death, and he was in Diane's house. He wasn't in Heaven or Hell, he didn't even become a ghost. He was revived from his death with a very cheery attitude, and a warm feeling inside of his body. He was inside of Diane's house, like he fell asleep there. Diane was next to him, sleeping. This could only allow him to assume that this was just a very strange dream.
Satyr returned to the castle and was reviewing his "dream" within his head. As the day went on, he felt like he could remember much more, and do things much more easily. When he returned to his room, he pressed on his stomach. His stomach was caving in where he pushed on it, like there was literally nothing there. He tied a rope around his stomach, and pulled it in. His entire stomach either didn't exist anymore, or was just completely and utterly empty, like every other organ around it. His curiosity got the best of him again, and he decided to actually cut open his stomach. He took a knife, and slit it right through his chest. He expected a stream of blood and excruciating pain, but only got the cut into his chest. He felt no pain, nor did he see any blood. He moved the knife around, and felt nothing other than his skin. When he extracted the knife, the cut healed instantly. He felt like he was immortal, and shoved the knife into his eye. He felt no pain yet again, and could actually see the knife between his eye. He sat there dumbfounded for a long time, until he heard someone pass by.
Satyr had no idea what to do. He was considering this as a dream as well, even though he never fell asleep. He thought that he might not have actually waken up yet. So, he tried to go back to sleep while hoping to actually wake up afterwards. When he did fall asleep, he was being told to "Wake up and USE YOUR HEAD." When he did awaken, he was a large grey creature attached to his bed by a large titanium bar. He picked up each one of his legs, and saw that the were both hoofed. He still had his hands, but when he turned his head to look around the room, he knocked his pillow off of the bed with one of his new-found horns. The logical guess was that he was actually a satyr. He remembered that the voice told him to use his head, but he didn't quite understand it. He didn't really understand anything at this point; he felt like he was locked in a continuous loop of dreams. He thrashed about for a minute, hoping he would break the bar, but to no avail. He said to himself: "I want to break this godd*mn bar! Break!" At the instant he thought "Break," the bar broke into halves and shot at each side of the room. Since he was free now, he could examine himself more. He did feel a lot like a satyr, and was somewhat impressed with his ability to control his new legs. He tried to practice using the "Break" command he did earlier, and whatever he wanted to break broke. He tried something else, and he was able to release a yellowish aura at an object and control it. He felt like he could control nature as he wished; he could reverse his gravitational pull, float around the room, and change any property of any object at will. He still could only believe that this was a lucid dream, but it felt so real to him. He never felt the urge to fall back to sleep, but he changed himself back into what looked like his original self, so no one would suspect anything. For the rest of the night, he didn't rest. But, Cynthia was completely able to sleep through everything that was happening throughout the night. When she woke up, Satyr asked her "Is this reality?" She thought that this was one of those questions that he asked to try and confuse her, and lazily said "I guess so..." and she continued her average morning.
Satyr was extremely happy with her reply, since, if this was reality, he could send his life in whatever direction he so desired. He raced over to where he remembered the meteorite landed, and it was still there, still releasing the green mist. He thought for a second. He wondered if he was going to die again if he entered the mist again, and to prevent any injury, he didn't. He felt like he wanted to see if it would work for something else. The only thing he could risk testing this on was the wasp that he brought up into his room, so he captured it and stuck it into the mist. The wasp flipped on its back, dead like he was. He pulled it out an set it on the ground by him. It took a while, but something happened to it. Something completely noticeable. It grew to about 1000% of its original size, and its body was formed much differently then before. It turned to Satyr, and sat there for a moment. He could hear something coming from it, and it almost sounded like words. He saw his wings vibrating, and listened to the low-pitch, choppy sound they made. But, the wings slowed down into a much different pace, and Satyr heard something like "Hello." He replied with his own greeting as well, and was returned by the same "Hello" by the giant wasp before him. Each time, the "Hello" was getting much more clear, and it sped up. He heard a slight British accent within the word as well. He was amazed at the wasp's ability to speak the English language. Then, he heard a complete sentence. The wasp asked "Is this reality?" and responded to itself with "I think so..." Satyr guessed that it was remembering what it heard this morning. Satyr wondered if the mist gives anything a highly advanced mind, along with a new body, if it was breathed in. He mindlessly uttered "I cannot believe a bee can now speak the-" His thoughts were interrupted by the loud cry of the wasp. It said that it was not a bee, and bees are an insult to their kind. It charged straight at Satyr, penetrating his stomach with the force of a steam train. It shattered Satyr's body parts, but a lime-colored gel extended from each limb and reunited with the torso. Satyr saw the wasp behind where he was standing, and it was completely still. He assumed that wasps and bees were not the best of friends, and apologized. When it heard him speak, it turned around, creating a whirlwind with its gigantic abdomen. It spoke many words, most relating to how he and bees were near-mortal enemies. It said that it went by the name of "Stistenagon," and ended its very disorganized rambling. Satyr was amazed, it had become so intelligent in the past few seconds. He was pretty certain that whatever that mist does, It definitely gives major improvement.
He told Stistenagon about the situation he was in, and told him to make itself look like its original form, so no one gets any idea as to what is going on. They carried on their day as anonymous Gods, and did so until the next morning. This was the day where Silus' army was planned to bombard Diane's home. Diane was still ingnorant of this event, so Satyr planned to tell her as a surprise. He planned to take her to the mist and transform her into a godly being as well, so the three of them could destroy his father's army. When it was Satyr's time to visit Diane to cure her nightly insomnia, he broke the news to her. He said that the bad news (The attack) would become good news after he gave her the good news (She would become immortal tonight). Unfortunately, Satyr gave her the bad news first, and she reacted like she has been fooled. She said that he was supposed to protect her, not send a swarm of guards at her. She felt as enraged as she was depressed, and flung her butcher's knife right into Satyr's skull. Like before, he didn't die. He just stood there with a knife inside of his head. He tried to joke, "Great, you ruined the surprise." That didn't lighten the atmosphere at all, and she looked stunned, started to shake her head in disbelief, and shot out her door with a scream. She left her home running, which wasn't something she did often. She circled to the back of her house, and began to cry a river. Satyr was questioning why she seemed so frightened, but Stistenagon told him that her greatest fear was someone who she couldn't kill, since they could do anything to her without her being able to do anything about it. Stistenagon only knew this by reading her thoughts. He circled around the house in his satyr-form, hoping not to freak her out too much. When he looked around the corner, he saw her curled up next to a wall. When he stepped closer, she saw him and raced back into her house. Satyr followed her into her room, and she was huddled into a corner, freaking out. She managed to escape the room again, and left her house to the view of one thousand soldiers surrounding her. One of them said "Aim- " pausing to allow them to aim, then shouted "Fire!" at the top of his lungs. About 90 to 100 bullets were aimed at one spot; her. Satyr shot out from behind and halted the bullets in mid-air. The unique appearance of Satyr let everyone know that this wasn't as planned, but the soldier shouted "Open fire!" The constant raid of bullets were all vaporized by Satyr. Stistenagon burst out from inside of the house, and was the size of a school bus. It charged toward the army, creating a kabob of the first three soldiers he saw. While it was taking every shot without and damage, Satyr turned to Diane and said "As promised..." and turned to join in the killing of the army. Once most of the troops died, the few remaining troops returned to the castle, asking for backup. With the amount of time they had, Satyr carried Diane to the meteorite's landing site, and gave Diane the power that they all had. She turned slender, tall, and her body was light pink and marked with dark red triangular shapes. Her hair became a complete red, not just stained with blood, and pointed wings extended from her back. They all returned to the house with the meteorite, so they could wait for the next wave. Now, everyone came out to play. Even Silus, who was skeptical about the story told by the soldiers. The entire army was armored with nearly everything they had. After some tutorials were given to Diane about how to control her power, she created a giant blade, fit with the colors red and black. She picked up a little of the blood from the fallen soldiers and swallowed it. You could see her eyes being covered with veins slowly after, like she powers her anger off of the taste of blood. She leaped up into the horde of soldiers, having bullets shoot straight through her, but not killing her. The giant blade she spawned swung around, killing at least 50 soldiers in one. Stistenagon and Satyr eventually joined in, destroying the army as planned. Satyr told Stistenagon to take Silus and Cynthia for a view overhead of their depleting army.
Once they were all dead, the only two left alive were Silus and Cynthia, who were brought down. Satyr locked the two of them in place using the yellow aura. He was taunting them, saying things like "Well, isn't this Ironic?" Satyr thought about it, and declared that he was going to let them live. But, he would leave them forever, and if they ever found him within their lives, they would face-off again. With that said, he took the Meteorite, Stistenagon, and Diane to the moon above their heads in the sky. There, they found out many things about themselves. They even found out that the meteorite was what appeared in Satyr's dreams, and was alive. It sprung out from its hollow center, and greeted everyone with "That was some performance. I know you can help me now..."

After all that happens, he goes into the supermassive black hole in the center of the galaxy. Then, he gets spit out in the pony dimension. He then finds Equestria, and pretty much falls in love with the land.
