Appearance: Dark brown hair and green eyes, both of which obviously not hereditary. She usually wears some sort of hoodie, but her outfit varies with the seasons. She inherited America's weird bit of sticking up hair.

Personality: Scarlette loves lakes and ducks, and is often described as being nice, even though the other states tease her about her "accent". Her father doesn't really notice her most of the time, but she doesn't mind, keeping happy and chipper.

Backstory: Mathias Køhler (Denmark) and Alfred F. Jones (America) are her parents. She grew up among all her brothers and sisters, but got along with Ohio the best.
