Personality: He can be a bit critical when working but when off, he's a pretty fun and chill guy. Also a bit flirtatious, especially with mares who are extremely talented.

Backstory: Scouter lives in Canterlot and works as a talent scout. He sometimes works along side other high class Canterlot ponies like photo finish and Sapphire Shores. After getting rejected for a singing career, he thought "What if I decide who is talented if I'm not at all?" So he started a talent scout agency called Pony Got Talent.
