• Scribble Scrabble

    DoctorMcCrimmon

    • Age: 26

      Gender: Other

      Species: Unicorn

Appearance: Scribble Scrabble is a unicorn gelding due to an accident when he was young. As such, he has almost androgous features, neither overtly masculine nor overly feminine.
Coat: Cerulean
Mane/tale: Teal with a streak of Hunter Green, medium length and wavy.
Eye: Almond shaped, plum coloured.

Cutie Mark: None. Scribbles grew up in a family of artists, but never really felt any One True Calling, he actually prides himself in his blank flank, because he sees it as untapped potential. As his interests shift (which happens frequently), he draws on a new cutie mark to match the occasion (for example: when he wanted to become a detective, he painted on a magnifying glass)

Personality: Scribble Scrabble is fairly easy going and calm… until he starts talking about his latest interest, then he can talk for hours if you let him. He is fascinated by everything, and loves to try new things and meet new people (even if he seems shy at first). You have to come to him, but if you start up a conversation, he warms up quickly and easily becomes best friends. A downside to this is that he sometimes forgets to keep up his friendships, and forgets that relationships take effort, time, and attention.
Scribbles is the definition of casual; in friendships, interests, hobbies, and even emotions. This means he doesn't hold grudges, but he also doesn't keep well with love or friends.

Backstory: Scribble Scrabble is from a family of artists and crafters; his grandmother could do anything artistic, from painting and drawing to crafting Hearth's Warming ornaments out of pine cones and broaches out of eyeglass lenses. His dad followed in her hoof steps with a natural talent for paper crafts and drawing, and his aunt specialised in wood scroll (cutting designs out of wood). It was in trying out his aunt's craft that he had an accident that left him as a gelding.
His grandmother was always very strict with him in his craft, tending to make him dejected and give up. It started a pattern that stuck with him most of his life: "when it stops being fun, it's time to run."
