Appearance: While he was an Elite Major, he had a red combat harness. He now wears a red and gray jumpsuit with a red vest. He has leather armor attached to his wings. yellow eyes, a black tail and no mane. He has a cracked horn from when he faceplanted during a flying lesson.

Cutie Mark: Unseen under the jumpsuit, it is an energy sword. Before he came to Equestria, he was a swordmaster. Majors aren't typically swordmasters, but he was to be ranked up to a zealot once he reached the age.

Personality: Strong willed and determined. He will only obey those in authority, and he is very devout in his religion. He utterly hates royalty but he obeys. He likes to fight and hates to lose.

Backstory: He is of a group of Elites that seceded from the Covenant and allied with the Humans. His father gave him the combat harness he wears when he obtained the rank of Major. Seka was sent on a mission to explore the stars, and he became one of the most revered soldiers in the UNSC.
