Cutie Mark: a hand controlling a shadow like a puppeteer, describing his ability to control shadows and cause chaos with them, crossed with a sparkly black smoke

Personality: enraged at all times, unforgiving, chaotic,vengeful, talks with hatred and slightly french accent, talks in third person to reflect self importance with a light sprinkle of swager

Backstory: has always been banned from the land because his skills were never appreciated and criticized as "useless", as he walks through his misadventures he finally choose to become a criminal and have revenge on all who ever mocked him, he discovers that his hard shiny tail is string enough to cut through almost everything, and with super hoof hit can turns off all lights (even the sun) as he slips around using his night vision, he also developed the power of vaporizing ponies into black smoke temporarily evaporating to no pony knows where, just by looking into their eyes (which explains his shutter shades)
