Cutie Mark: the cutie mark is that of a lighting bolt with wings and means that she is able to do extraordinary things

Personality: She is generally quiet but when she warms up to a pony she can become quite a handful. She tries to mask her innocents by staring at walls. being that she is young with out parents, she is unable to do magic or fly. She usually wears a cloak to hide the fact that she is an alicorn

Backstory: Shining Star is a orphan pony, her parents killed in battle but officially reported as Missing In Action, and before authorities could take her to an orphanage she runs away and tries to hide in different cities. after three years of being on the run she decides to become a changeling, but hides behind her former self.
