Species: Earth Pony

Appearance: A crewcut mane colored a blue so dark to almost be black & a rust-red coat.<br /><br />Shortstack is pretty well muscled (from the front, at least) and takes great pride in his strength. Though he looses a good deal of his self-proclaimed intimidating self-image due to the fact that he is barely the height of a colt a third his perceived age.<br /><br />Shortstack has a square jaw, a square head, a vicious underbite and all in all, has a face built like a punch.<br /><br />Wears a band-aid on his muzzle because he thinks it makes him look tough.(and also because if it ever came off, it'd take off a good chunk of his fur with it)<br /><br />Because of all the exercise he gets headbutting anything nearby at his brother's constant aggravation, Stackie has a rather thick neck & muscled "upper body." Though as his back end is a lot less worked on, its not unusual for him to get knocked onto his face resulting in him making a fustrated flailing attempts to right himself. Shortstack has a very bulldog-esque build to him.

Personality: Shortstack has a raging superiority complex. He's raged at the world, at his family, at his life. But mostly he just rages.<br /><br />Shortstack has rather high standards & a thin, metaphorical skin. Anything that disagrees is a personal attack & anything that isn't moral is a threat to society as a whole. Always looking for a way to prove himself, Stackie considers himself a mercenary and treats every task(no matter how small) as a life & death situation.<br /><br /> Probably because of his brother's sense of humor, Shortstack has hardly any of his own to speak of. Any teasing, no matter how slight is an open invitation for him to bite your kneecaps off or whatever on you he can reach.<br /><br />Rather negative and combative, he usually is the first to point out a flaw or how HIS plan would've worked better, had anypony bothered to ask. And if it WAS his plan that backfired, well, it's your fault for listening to him when he's angry.<br /><br />Shortstack's usual pastime is his attempts to maul his older brother, Flit.If not for Flit's constant teasing & pranks, Short would be without a perennial lightning rod to exaust his anger episodes and come off as more of a bully then the insecure runt that he is. <br /><br />But other then his fits of anger, he is also fiercely loyal & will move mountains if he thinks your cause is righteous.<br /><br />Due to his high standards & tendency to find fault in most things, Stackie considers all sex immoral and is incredibly uncomfortable with open shows of affection. Though judging how much he protests when you try anything with his brothers, and how his usually mouthy demeanor clams up when you actually pin him to some one on one time, its likely he's very glad his coat is the same shade of red his blushing is.

Backstory: From a lifetime of trying to knock his acrobatic, annoying older brother out of the sky, Shortstack has become deceptively strong for his size. Though as he's usually too angry to aim, most of the shrapnel & debris of their brawls tends to get the family ran out of most of the towns they visit.
