Appearance: Shutter is a tan pegasus with short, and fairly unkempt, black hair. He has green eyes and is almost never seen without a light camera strung around his neck. (working on a picture)

Personality: Shutter has a calm and friendly personality. He loves talking and learning about others, and is never afraid to express his thoughts on a matter or opinion (this trait often causes him to get in trouble). He's adventurous and can be very determined when given a goal.

Backstory: As a colt, growing up in Cirrus-Nimbus, life was very difficult for shutter. His mother was the teacher at the local flight academy, so her expectations for him were always high. His mother's high expectations wasn't something that bothered Shutter though, with a dream of becoming a wonderbolt, his own expectations for himself were even higher. He would practice his flight almost everyday, trying to go as fast as a colt his age could. As a result, he pushed friends and most normal activities out of his way; even then, When his test came around, Shutter would always fall short of passing with a score to place him in a gifted class.<br /><br />On the day that he had finally given up his dream, of becoming a Wonderbolt, Shutter's father gave him a camera. At first, he thought his father was making a poor attempt at cheering him up; but after he had taken the time to use the camera, Shutter had started to feel happy and almost relived. He had spent most of his childhood obsessing over speed and his goal; but after seeing everything around him, frozen on a single photograph, he started to see how most of his life had flown right past him.<br /><br />Needless to say, Shutter's life turned around after that. He grew up to become a reporter with a local press. He was great behind the camera and learning more about the world always excited him.
