Personality: moody and impulsive, she enjoys rainstorms. Her creation of them allows her to channel her emotions. when shes pensive, there may be just a light steady rain, or foggy mist; when cagey, it could get gusty; and a rousing storm for her frustrations (likely kicking clouds).

Backstory: She's currently in Flight school and dealing with that school yard drama.
