Appearance: Slimpsy is a stallion of average height, a bright orange coat that fades to a lighter shade of orange on his wings(their underside being white) and a shock of a yellow mane that ends in an upward cowlick over his long, drawn face. The frequent twitching of his ever present grimace pairs well with the shifting of his deep, black, ever-wide, watery eyes.<br /><br />Slimpsy has a rather athletic & toned body due mostly to his lifetime of running.<br /><br />The most dominant attribute to Slimpsy, however, is his wings. As he's terrified of flying he usually keeps them tightly clamped & folded around his midsection, giving him a ruff of easily bristled feathers and likening him even more to a startled chicken. From years of intentional atrophy, Slimpsy can not fully extend his massive, angelic wings under his own power, even if he ever dared to. Though when pulled out & propped up against somepony else, his wingspan clocks in at about 12 feet, nearly doubly wide as he is long.

Personality: Slimpsy has Phobophobia.<br />And yes, that is the fear of being afraid.<br /><br />In spite of being only the third smallest, he has always considered himself the weakest in the family and the local Whipping Colt. To Slimpsy showing weakness invites danger, and showing fear shows weakness. So Slimpsy has become so overly concerned about what MIGHT make him scared that he's become terrified of nearly any & all that can be mentioned to him. <br /> <br />He keeps a comprehensive list of 387 and a half fears(#283 1/2: The fear of whole numbers) so that he can save time by shouting out its number when startled by its corresponding phobia. Most of his list tends to contradict; between his fear of flying(He's only flown once, which he refers to as "delayed plummeting.")and his fear of dirt & standing still("That's how you get HIT!!")Slimpsy has managed to keep himself in a constant dancing motion to where no more then one of his hooves has to touch the ground at any given moment. He's gotten so good at this over the years that he has managed to learn how to sleep while jogging in place. And before you ask, he IS also afraid of sleep as well. Fortunately enough, he always worries himself so much over it that he worries himself to sleep. <br /><br />As he is so clearly submissive it isn't common for his brothers to take advantage of him (intentionally or not)and delegate the harder tasks to him.

Backstory: Slimpsy has always been the reluctant tagalong in the family's constant moving from town to town. Usually he's had to be dragged along by his ragged, short shock of a tail. <br /><br />Happily enough for him, Slimpsy tends not to be noticed too much when he's not squealing about impending doom.<br /><br />Though in the odd occasion when his brothers need the bits, they have entered him into races for a sure win. His fear of starter pistols gives him a good headstart out of the gate. Usually before it even opens...
