Cutie Mark: a blue snowflake with a cloud next to it, indicating she is good at weather, especially in winter.

Personality: Upbeat and always generous. Can be very firm with her requests and if she is the leader of something, she can get very strict, but she won't genrally hurt a fly.

Backstory: Always has been moving clouds since she was just a filly and found a presise way to keep the weather going just as planned. Rarely ever went down to the surface, but when she finally decided to make a permanent home in Ponyville, she was even more happy than when she lived in the clouds.
