Appearance: She has a long White mane and tail with blue tips. Her legs are a little longer than most average ponies, and her eyes are a shade of blue that to look into them would be like seeing a winter storm over the ocean.

Cutie Mark: Snow falling with black winds marks around it.<br />She found her talent of controling snow and wind while lost in the dark

Personality: She always seems sad even when she isn't. she love to study and write. she like to take her time when she can. Loves the snow and beauty of nature.

Backstory: As a young filly her mother fell sick in the middle of a snow storm and her father flew off in the storm to get help. worried about her father, Snowy left the house in the middle of the storm in the night and when the storm turned for the worst she gathered her magical might and tamed the stormed.her father found her passed out in the snow and brought her home where he cared for her. her mother was brought the help she needed too late and passed away.<br />She ran away from her home unable to deal with her mother's death.<br />Growing up she became gentle and accept the passing of her mother, but couldn't go back to the place her mother died. She loves to travel.<br />She travels around under the cover of snow. she does this because the snow makes her happy<br />She grew up learning to control snow and learning to live in it.<br />She can make it snow and cause snow flurries to hide herself.<br />While weather control is pegegus work, Snowy can only make it snow. <br />Winter's Call- Snowy calls on her magic and clouds above her. She makes it snow and can make snow whirlwinds. with harsh cold and strong winds, Windburns and frost bite will happen. Thanks to her colors she can also hid in the snowstorm.
