Cutie Mark: A eclipsed sun. It represents her last small blood ties to the former Princesses that once ruled Equestria, and her ability to control both the sun and moon.

Personality: She's a kind and gentle spirit at heart but she's also a very cutthroat strategist and isn't afraid to get her hooves dirty.

Backstory: Solar was born in the slums of New World City and was given to an orphanage soon after. She wanted to make a name for herself when she got older but living where she did only hindered things. Solar started learning how to prtect herself and improved her mental skills as best she could. Always proving others wrong studying and even sneaking into the high end libraries to read the books she needed. <br /><br />She took a big interest in the past events of Equestria. Her dream was to make the world the shining utopia that it once was. Now leading a small resistance group hidden in the Black Valley she hopes to get the right ponies to join her cause that can help her return the world to it's rightful beauty. She has no recollection of who her parents were but through favors she was able to find out that she carries the royal blood in her of the princesses which she's related to is a mystery.
