Age: They're twins, and the ages vary.

Gender: Female

Species: Pegasus

Appearance: Solar Wind has orange hair with a light, light yellow coat. She has two big "streaks" in her mane and tail, one being light pink, the other being golden colour. Her right eye is orange and her left eye is turquoise. The golden orange in her hair didn't grow in until about her preteens, and they're younger than that in the picture.<br /><br />Pulsar is a dark blue unicorn with a slightly lighter blue mane and tail, which both have a dark orange streak.Her eyes are scarlet.<br />

Cutie Mark: Solar's is a bright white wing in front of a golden orb, signifying that she's a Light Elemental pony. She's capable of weak Elemental magic, but never uses it except as a last resort.<br /><br />Pulsar's was a dark orb in front of a light yellow stay, showing that she is a Dark Elemental pony. She used to be capable of averagely strong Dark Magic, but since an accident a few years ago, she hasn't been able to remember how to use magic. Since the accident, the orb on her Cutie Mark has been cracked.

Personality: Solar is the quiet, calm type. If you're first meeting her on her own, she can be fairly shy, but being around her sister gives her a bit more courage.<br />She's softspoken and fairly reserved, but kind. She doen't talk much to ponies she does't know well, but she'll never deny somepony a helping hoof.<br /><br />Pulsar is fairly reserved as well, but not to Solar's degree. She's more outgoing and friendly than her sister upon first meet, but still fairly calm and not always interested in talking.<br />she and Solar Wind are extremely close, and never used to fight, but since her accident, Pulsar has been a little more on edge. <br />

Backstory: Their parents were both Elementals, their mother Light, their father Dark, hence why they were complete opposite Elements when born. They grew up in a small town inhabited with several Elementals, but were raised like normal fillies. Solar liked helping her mother with chores, Pulse would usually be caught trying spells, wanting to be as powerful as her father (which isn't that powerful, but hey, anything's powerful in a kid's eyes xD) <br />They had some family in a "normal pony' town, and often went in a carriage to see them.<br /><br />One day,when the two were around ten, there was a minor accident where the carriage picked up too much speed going down a hill and careened into another carriage. it was a fairly minor collision.The ponies of the other carriage came out relatively unscathed, as did the twins' mother. Their father hurt his hoof and walked with a limp for some time, Solar hurt her right wing and couldn't fly, but the injuries were fairly minor because they'd reacted and tried to protect themselves. Pulsar had been caught completely off guard and didn't register anything that was happening. When the cash happened, she badly hit her head, giving her a minor case of amnesia. It took a few days for her to remember things. After a week or so, she had her memory back. Except for one thing. She couldn't remember how to conjure magic.She remembered that she had gotten fairly good at it, and that she'd been practicing magicher entire life, but couldn't figure out how it workedanymore.This angered her. Another thing she didn't know and refused to learn is that dark magic had been banned around the time of the accident, perhaps shortly after. Every tome Solar suggested she not try to remember how to use Dark magic, Pulse became furious. Solar just doesn't try to make her stop trying to remember now.<br />Pulse still can't remember how to use magic.<br />
