Appearance: Skrillhoof is a tan Earth pony with an off-black mane, and brown eyes. He is almost always donning his black framed glasses.

Cutie Mark: Three lines that represent his Dubtrot musical ability, as the sharp lines reflect his sharp synth sounds and totally not the "ILL" from the word "Skrillex" because that's totally not his name.

Personality: Sonny Mare is a rather laid back Earth pony who, although maintains a chilled attitude, is a bad smoker and drinker. He tends to overdo the alcohol when playing shows and when partying afterward. He'll be found smoking many times throughout the day, and it may soon start affecting his health. He is also sometimes rather Brash, and is by no means unaware of his succeess as an electronic musician and producer, and won't be afraid to talk about it.

Backstory: Sonny Mare, better known by his stage name Skrillhoof, is an Equestrian electronic musician and singer-songwriter. Growing in Canterlot and in Northern Equestria, he was a pretty average colt, other than his obsessive love for music, specifically rock music, and was often picked on due to his last name. This slightly affected him, and caused him to become the slightly prideful stallion he is today. Sonny joined the Equestrian post-hardcore band From Walk to Lope as the lead singer at age 16, and recorded two studio albums with the band. before leaving to pursue a solo career at age 19. He began his first tour as a solo artist a few years ago. After recruiting a new band lineup, Mare joined the Colternative Press Tour to support bands such as All Time Trot and The Rocket Saddle, and appeared on the cover of Colternative Press' annual "100 Bands You Need to Know" issue.
