Cutie Mark: A blue lightning bolt, forked in three directions, representing his talent of manipulating lightning.

Personality: Often arrogant, but at most times tries to be sincere about his achievements. He is competitive, and, perhaps his worst trait, is that he is unforgiving of almost everything. Usually, small things are fine, but if anything really bad happens, he probably wont forgive.

Backstory: Since Magic Kindergarten, Sparkey has had a talent for creating lightning. And, it usually caused trouble. He was disallowed acceptance into Celestia's school for gifted unicorns after he poached a dragon egg with a lightning strike. Since then, he has self taught himself lightning related spells.
