Appearance: Sparkling Blue has dark/light blue eyes, that show how much goodness is in her soul. She has a gray texture on her body, with a black mane and tail.

Cutie Mark: She was born without a cutie mark, Sparkling has yet to find out her special talent.

Personality: Her personality is described as, shy at first but very nice once you get to know her. As long as you don't get on her bad side.

Backstory: After she was born, she was born as a blind Earth Pony. Her parents were forced to give her up since, they were not able to raise a blind filly. She was born in Trottingham and, raised in Manehattan since she had to move to get a job. She is currently a flower shop worker in Ponyville. She was left for dead when was young, until she was able to raise enough bits to move to Ponyville. After a nuclear explosion happened at a nearby lab, she started to gain newly gained powers with nuclear substances and weapons.
