Appearance: Tall, slender silver Pegasus mare. She has a spiky dark blue mane and tail that are tipped with silver. She has light purple eyes that are outlined in black. She has a light, but athletic body. She has a scar which goes vertically across her right eye, and is almost hidden by her bangs.

Cutie Mark: Her cutie mark is a diagonal dark blue arrow inside of a white half-broken heart. It represents her compassion for other other ponies, and her strong, pure spirit. The arrow represents how she is fiercely loyal.

Personality: She is arrogant, proud, smart, rebellious, determined, sarcastic, friendly, and daring. She has a kinda short temper. She is very loyal, almost too loyal. Like, she wouldn't care if the rest of the world faded away to nothing so long as her friends were safe. She is extremely compassionate, and can't stand to see any pony in physical or emotional pain without trying to help. She almost never backs down from a challenge, no matter how stupid or life-threatening it may be. It's easy to get her to like you, but very hard to gain her trust. Once you do gain her trust, she'll do absolutely anything to protect you. She is very good at lying, and sneaking around. She has a good sense of humor. She doesn't like rules, and usually does her own thing.

Backstory: She was born in Cloudsdale. She didn't have a very good relationship with her parents. They were rather strict, and she was a real rebel, a free spirit. She craved freedom, and never really fit in. Her parents disapproved of her friends, and her antics. This went on until, when she was nine, when her parents got sick and died. In a panic, Arrow ran away. The only thing she took with her was this white wolf plushie that she named Snowy. She went from place to place for two years until she wound up in Ponyville. She kept telling herself that she was going to leave soon, but never did. She grew to love Ponyville, and stayed there.
