Personality: Starlight has always been relatively carefree doing what she wants when she wants despite what others think. After all, why should anybody care about what she does with her life?<br /><br />She also enjoys jokes, though most might not exactly agree with her sense of humor because at times she can be a little bit too insensitive. She also tends to get a bit too sarcastic for most, especially when she is annoyed.<br /><br />You'll know if you are on her bad side, as she won't even look your way, she has a hard time respecting those who have affected her negatively in any major way.<br /><br />One way to get on her bad side for sure is to make fun of her cutie mark, its the one joke she can't take.<br /><br />When times get rough, she tends to try and talk her way out of things, though she isn't exactly a smooth talker. Once that doesn't work she'll just shrug it off and fight, after all, to her, nothing really can go wrong.<br /><br />She generally is more of a loner, if she comes across a pony that wants to be her friend, she'll either shrug them off or let them follow her for a little awhile.<br /><br />Most of the time when approached by new ponies, she will tend to try to avoid conversation, as she isn't too sociable and would rather just talk to those she knows already.<br /><br />If somebody needs a favor, she will gladly do it, as long as she gets promised something in return eventually, she won't hold failed promises against anyone though.<br /><br />She greatly enjoys sightseeing, and most of her time is done doing so, especially at night, as she finds the starry sky quite beautiful.

Backstory: Starlight grew up on the outskirts of Manehattan with her mom and dad, there they lived in relative peace and only went into the city for the occasional errands and school. Her life was relatively normal except for the one thing, she could never get over her cutie mark, even after 21 years.<br /><br />She was greatly bothered by it, she felt is if it needed to be something more, like it wasn't right for her.<br /><br />She eventually ran away because of this, on a quest to determine that she does have a better special talent and the she just hasn't found it yet. However, even after 3 years of traveling far and wide she has not had any luck at all, is she just not looking at it the right way?
