Cutie Mark: Big dipper constellation: It shows her love and talent in the subject of astronomy.

Personality: Shy and always keeps to herself, reluctant to talk, but she will never fail to help anyone she calls a friend, also prides herself in her work on astronomy.

Backstory: Starry Sky was born in Cloudsdale as a daughter of astronomers, she was never interested in her parents work at first, but at age 14, an accident killed her parents and left her traumatized for life, afterwards she was admitted to a mental hospital in Ponyville, where she received treatment for Post-Traumatic-Stress Disorder. At age 17, she was discharged from the hospital, and on that night, she looked at the stars above and saw the Big Dipper constellation, seeing how beautiful it was, she thought of studying astronomy, to which she did and realized it was for her, eventually earning her cutie mark and carrying on her parent's studies. She is now awaiting her admission to Canterlot University.<br /><br />Shifted: The remake backstory:<br />Starla Cosworth was the bookworm type, with a very big interest in astronomy, however, she is a shy one as well due to her tragic past.<br /><br />At age 12, she and her parents got into a car accident, she survived, but sadly her parents weren't so lucky. Life was hard as she had to be hospitalized, and she wouldn't talk to most people anymore. She had lost the will to speak.<br /><br />One night, she stood by the window, thinking about her dead parents till she stared at the night sky, it was then that she remembered the time when her father first took her outside at night to look at the stars, she cherished that moment and started to gain an interest in stars, then she started talking to people again, asking them about what they know about the stars in the night sky.<br /><br />Now at age 18 , Starla studies almost everything that has to do with space, and she thought that the mysterious cracks appearing around her neighborhood had to do with the impact of a meteor that recently struck, so she decided to take a closer look at them, but she was too careless and fell inside one of them.<br /><br />It was then that she woke up in another land, however she couldn't remember anything and her body became that of a pegasus, the only thing she remembered, was that she liked looking at the night sky.<br />
