Personality: he is very headstrong and athletic but is also extremely intelligent, never backs down from a challenge, and if you beat him in one, and that's a big if, you might want to watch your back.

Backstory: orphaned at the age of 6 due to a horrible accident involving a squirrel, Storm Runner was put through the adoption system until the age of 14 when he broke out. He has been living on his own ever since in the slums of manehatten but just because he is form the slums doesn't mean he doesn't value education Storm Runner graduated high school at 15 went to collage the same year and managed to graduate with a PhD in weather control by the age of 17, the collage didn't even know how. he has been living well in the sky district of manehatten ever since. but the ways of the street have not left him he is very touchy about his past and angers easily at the subject he also knows how to fight well, and how to get himself out of sticky situations. He doesn't trust you. ever. so don't try.
