Appearance: Sundae is a slightly-built changeling who looks pretty much like any other changeling, but with softer features and a specific arrangement of leg-holes (accurately depicted in the image above).

His tail is short-medium length and is meant to resemble the same appearance of his wings. Unlike most ponies and changelings, he has no mane or "head fin" (as I've heard some people refer to the mane-like structure on a changeling).

He has pretty, dragonfly-like wings with a specific arrangement of holes (also accurately depicted in the image above).

==================================================

Sundae has created for himself a pony persona, which he uses to interact with ponies without suspicion.

When in disguise, he is a male unicorn with the same height and build as his actual appearance, a horn that curves slightly, very light grey fur (almost white, but not quite), a shaggy black mane and tail (I'll add an image later, but for now, imagine Vinyl Scratch's mane), black hooves, and very light blue eyes. His mane has a red streak in it.
Cutie Mark: Since he is a changeling, Sundae doesn't have a real cutie mark, but when he is in his pony disguise, his cutie mark is a mask (one that would only cover the top half of the face) that is divided diagonally in half, the top half being white and the bottom half black, and has a red ribbon behind it. Although he did not earn this cutie mark in the pony fashion, it is still somewhat a representation of himself, as it symbolizes his ability to mask himself, both physically and emotionally.
Personality: A chronic liar and sociopath, Sundae is not to be trusted.

That's not to say that he's totally evil or that he can't have friends and form emotional attachments to other beings. In general, he behaves in a friendly manner, though he has no problem with manipulating others to get what he wants.

He tends to act flirtatiously toward ponies of both genders, hoping to get some "love" from them; he is very good at showing false affection. He does sometimes become emotionally attached to certain ponies, though it's generally only the ones who have dealt with his lies long enough to know he can't be trusted but still remain by his side and don't give up on him.

One of his major character flaws is his inability to understand love as an emotion. Since all he gets out of it is "food," he finds it nearly impossible to differentiate between crushes, romantic love, family love, and strong friendships. This causes him to behave inappropriately at times, thinking that somepony has fallen in love with him and pursuing a relationship that is not actually there.
Backstory: Sundae's true backstory from before he came to Ponyville is unknown. Even if he told it, it would be unwise to trust him.

After being sent to Ponyville as a scout/spy, he was captured and interrogated by Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy but ended up becoming friends with them.

The name Sundae was given to him by Fluttershy after he rapidly consumed a large amount of ice cream, the first pony food he'd ever tasted, and gave himself a brain freeze.
