Appearance: Soft orange coat, sky blue eyes, brown mane and tail with gold streaks, with a deep slits in her coat and wings to show where she was attacked as a filly, and splayed feathers.<br />She always keeps her mane on the left side of her face, so that it covers the part of her face that is riddled with scars. Her left eye looks blinded, but she can still see a bit through it.<br /><br />*I was too lazy to add scars in the picture*<br /><br />

Personality: Sunset Sky is extremely shy, nervous, and insecure when you first meet her but is kind when you get to know her. She's somewhat tomboyish but not too much. She has a huge soft spot for small animals. She often puts herself down and is extremely anxious around new ponies. She doesn't want to bother any pony.<br />She's always willing to lend a helping hoof, even though she usually doesn't think she won't be of any help.<br />Even when she's in a normal mood, she's s quiet. <br />She likes to read, write, and draw.<br />She hates her past, and had she been diagnosed, she would have been said to have dysthymia.<br />It takes very, very long to get to know her. If you happen to get close to her, she will trust you. Backstory: Sunset was born into a unicorn tribe, and her parents were extremely confused by her being a Pegasus, and loathed her, as their 'tribe" of sorts hated all other pony races and her parents were the leaders. they left her in a field on the island where they were situated. <br />In their haste to get rid of her, they did not realize that they were in the town named after the island, Prince Blueblood Island (PBI), nor did they know that the field was very close to the orphanage.<br />She was brought up there, the owners were nice, until the place was bought out by cruel ponies, who came to beat all the orphans, and they took an odd satisfaction in beating Sunset (at age 3) until she was bleeding almost daily, screaming things like "You worthless, weak, waste of space!". They sometimes attacked with the sharp ends of their hooves, making shallow cuts. Sometimes they would even bring in a knife from the kitchen. She never knew what they wanted, so she kept quiet. They could have killed her. She wished they would. Nopony really cared anyway. They finally gave up and decided to burn the orphanage down, but they were caught and sent to Canterlot for judging.<br />The orphanage was given to the previous owners, who had barely used any of the money. She was enrolled in the nearby school, where the foal made fun of her for her scars, inability to fly, and the fact that she was an orphan. The other orphans hated her and believed she was the reason for the ponies coming to them.She would sometimes lock herself up in her room, but never told anypony about the bullying.<br /><br />She discovered reading quickly. She got stuck in the school library for hours, and had nothing to do but read while she waited. The staff found her curled up with a book in her hooves and a small pile of foal's books to the side. <br /><br />She wasn't adopted. She watched all the other foals come and go while she stayed there into her teenage years. The owners worried for her, as she rarely left her room. When she got too old to stay at the orphanage, she left and stayed on the streets. She landed a job that she didn't mind, but it didn't pay her enough to get her someplace to stay for long, maybe a night or two at the old inn or something to eat.
