I think.<br /><br />Talisman is a lioness (clearly) who has a dark coat and green eyes. She has a sleek, lithe appearance and small build. She has yellow warpaint, as seen in image.

Personality: Talisman is very proud, easily to the point of arrogance in some cases. With strangers, this is easily the first trait revealed in her personality; with friends, family, or others close to her, this trait is only accented as she shows her vanity even more. She's loud, boisterous, brash, and independent. She refuses to accept help, even from close friends. She is, though, very loyal and is quick to offer help to them and strangers.<br /><br />She's somewhat intelligent, able to figure out some puzzles, but her headstrong, careless, and confident attitude often work to cover her intelligence. She's very powerful, which is a source of her vanity, able to leap farther and run faster than an average pony. She always seizes opportunities to be in front of ponies and show off her skills and talents.<br /><br />She uses intimidation to get what she wants, and when/if it does not succeed, never pleads, instead simply staring at a pony who refuses her in the hopes they'll eventually cave. She's rather materialistic in her needs and wants, adoring not money in itself but rather the ability to have money and buy what you want.<br /><br />To many ponies, she has a strange accent, and she bears it proudly, talking quickly and loudly to show it off. Despite being a lion, she abhors abundant meat-eating, and thinks of it as heartless and against nature. She will eat meat sometimes herself, but rarely. Despite her proud bearing, she quite enjoys being in the wild quietly and watching wild things, like squirrels and fish. She also enjoys attempting to create and solve riddles in her spare time, despite her generally straightforward behavior.<br /><br />She earned a taste for carrots when she lived in the Unicorn Range.

Backstory: Talisman began her life in plain lands in a far east corner of Equestria. There, lions roamed wild, eating to their hearts content from antelopes that roamed the area. She comes from the pride that called itself Duskstripe, due to their dark fur and habit of painting themselves with warpaint.<br /><br />However, on her first hunting trip when she was perhaps six in human years, she was separated from her friends in the pride due to a storm. After traveling days eating little to nothing except bugs and a single squirrel, she finally found a small town in the Unicorn Range. There, she encountered ponies for the first time, and her hatred for meat-eating began until she could hardly stomach meat anymore.<br /><br />She stayed there until she was perhaps thirteen, at which point she left and continued traveling north, with no intention of returning to her pridelands--she remembered how they had hunted intelligent creatures, and thought of them badly for it. She stumbled upon the yaks, and stayed with them for six years, learning their ways and quite at home among them. There she put warpaint to herself in the ways she remembered her pride once had done, to always keep them with her, even if she couldn't go back to them. She became very physically adept and liked her friends there, but left the yaks once she began to find herself getting hungry for their meat.<br /><br />Now she travels, occasionally helping ponies who need help and occasionally hurting them.
