Appearance: Tarnished is a Changeling of average size compared to a normal Stallion. He has Grey eyes and splotchy grey fins/tail nub. Besides these two features he is just an average changeling, Albeit slightly erratic in behavior

Personality: The perk that best describes him is the survivalist perk from fallout 1.<br />He was born in the wastes, and he will likely die in the wastes. While making friends is nice he keep people at a reasonable distance. While he can be nice, for the most part he just tries to keeps things honest and straight, seeing when you lie someone is likely going to try and kill you.

Backstory: He was born in a cave 21 years ago back in the capitol wastes, no vault to shelter him, and only his mother teach him how to survive. After he was born his mother and a small group of other changeling tried to brave their way to the common wealth in hopes of a better chance to live up there. Most of the group didn't make it, but those that did tried to start a settlement just to the southwest of Tenpines Bluff. But at some point in time The changelings started to leave. After 17 years of this, leaving only him and his mother, they where attacked by a band of raiders. While he was able to successfully hide, his mother wasn't and was killed in the attack. With nothing else keeping him here, he left with everything he had to become a scavenger. Throughout the years he has lived by selling scraps and gear to travelers and other such people . He is now 21, so 3 years later, he heard a rumor of a small group of changelings trying to hide near vault 111, so he heads that way in hopes of finding others of his kind.
