Personality: Tends to be calm, laid back, fairly lazy and quiet but if something is competitive, or he's at a performance he changes completely, becoming focused, more social and slightly overconfident but is prone to sudden stage freight before or after a performance. Quiet Athletic when he's in the mood for it. He's also a hopeless romantic. Blushes over little things. Hates being center of attention.<br />He is prone to instant mood swings.He can also play the guitar. He's Bisexual.

Backstory: Came from a fairly wealthy background. He was raised in Manehatten, (was unable to fly until his teens) until his parents had to move to find work. Lives in Cloudsdale with his roommate. Plays drums in a punk/metal band for a career and during weekends tends to laze about and sleep a lot. His roommate is a prankster and owns a practical jokes shop in Cloudsdale called "Jokes on you!". Tempest tends to work there for extra bits or to kill time.
