Personality: pretty curious, although she has lots of common sense. she is very kind and nice to others. she's always looking out for her friends and in a bind she can be pretty boss

Backstory: she had lots of Pegasus friends as a filly and as they were learning how to control weather to help out the cloudsdale pegasi she adapted with her magic and learned from her friends. she cant quite control weather but like a bender (if you've ever seen avatar: the last air-bender) she can cause lightning, ice, and wind to come from her horn.
