Appearance: As pictured, except with pale grey skin, white face paint, a series of black slash marks down her eyes, and long stitches across her mouth and face. In a way, like corpsepaint. She also has a severed allows noose around her neck.

Personality: Dry, sarcastic sense of wit. Morbid sense of humor. If she doesn;t get what she wants, she'll sadistically get on other peoples nerves until she does. Loves to act dark, sinister and ominous. <br /><br />

Backstory: The Hangwoman doesn't talk about her past. What the very few who do know her are aware of, is that she died, and didn't quite stay that way. She now traverses the line between living and dead, a litch, using unmortality as a lethal asset. Her corpse, weaponized. It is alleged that the dumping grounds for failed government projects like serums & disposed bioweapons, had leaked into a nearby grave, and over the years, changed the cadaver of the late young lady, until one day, 13 years after her death, she broke out of her tomb, and didn't like what she saw upon her return.<br /><br />The public, the people, are no longer safe, and no longer have power. The are being suppressed, by opposing forces. Criminals, terrorists and villians on one side. Police, government and heroes on the other. If the people are to know peace, to have power, then both sides must fall. <br /><br />Thus, she has made it her mission to destroy both sides of the law. And the most key names, are added to her Blacklist, and posted for the world to see.
