Thrak, The Confused Dinosaur

Appearance: She's about five times the size of a pony. Tan skin, with brown stripes on her back and tail, with brown spikes on her neck and head.

Personality: Sarcastic, mischievous and brash. Loves a cuddle and likes to use her height to an advantage when playing pranks. Prefers to munch on leaves all day, but will occasionally threaten to eat whoever is bothering her. Her large size seems to help the threat hit home.<br /><br />Acts a little like a dog, and is a sucker for food; it's easy to convince her of almost anything if you offer enough. Sweet hay, a particular delicacy for her, makes her drool. Likes to carry others on her back and, if you become close enough to her, she might ask you to scratch under her chin.

Backstory: Lived a normal life during her own time, munching on leaves and evading predators. However, when a huge earthquake struck her land one day, her family scattered in confusion, hoping to escape. Unfortunately, she fell down a large fissure only to see the darkness swallow her up at an alarming rate. She closed her eyes tight, not sure what else she could do, almost accepting her unknown fate. However, she peeked out after she felt that she had fallen for far too long. She was definitely no longer falling towards the ground, but instead surrounded by strange shapes (fractals) and oozing colors. Frightened, the only thing Thrak could do was watch the colors dance around her as she floated through some sort of strange tube.<br /><br />A bright light blinded her and she found herself colliding roughly with the ground, but not as hard as she expected. Cautiously, slowly and painfully looking around, she no longer saw her torn land nor anything else she was used to. Mountains now occupied the once barren landscape. <br /><br />As well, there were furry little creatures, maybe a fifth of her size, were looking at her in fear and running away to small, colorful caves. Strange enough, she was able to understand some of their speech as they ran away. It took a while to find someone who wouldn't run away, but these creatures known as 'royal guards' weren't very friendly. She sat there, frightened and confused, until another creature in a long white cloth came up and greeted her excitedly.<br /><br />After some time, it was explained to her that she may have traveled through time, a concept she didn't really understand. She was worried about her family, worried about the earthquake. Asking about the others, it would seem that dinosaurs no longer existed, a concept she didn't fully grasp either. What could possibly have happened?<br /><br />After a while, she became used to living in this new world, trying to fit in as much as possible. She makes extra sure that her large bulk does not damage any buildings around town, but otherwise tries to enjoy her time in her new surroundings. She still tries to find out how to return to her own time, but gets distracted often, to a point where she forgets about it entirely.
