Appearance: Aqua blue with a green mane. Usually wearing a dark brown cloak. Has armor under cloak for protection

Cutie Mark: Shield with a plus, just like her father. She will help those in need, no matter the cost to herself.

Personality: She has a strong sense of morality, placing others well being above her own. She shows no mercy to those who would harm innocents for their own game, and this has been known to cause her great anger. She prefers using her speed and flight to take a more subtle, stealthier approach to combat, rather than a head on fight. Not to say she is completely incompetent in face to face combat, but she lacks the raw strength of other ponies.

Backstory: She was born and raised in Ponyville. When she was around 15, Ponyville was flooded by pegasi, including Rainbow Dash. She was taught by her father, Max, that the needs of others should always come first. She always admired her fathers selfless attitude. But around 2 years after Ponyville was flooded, Max vanished. Nopony knows what happened to him, but it left Tulpa alone in the world. A world ravaged by war. Over the years she has trained herself in stealth, speed, and diplomacy. She has since then been wandering Equestria, going where she pleases, helping all of those who cant help themselves along the way.
