Appearance: Pale blue coat with Dark Blue hair with highlights, his eyes are green.

Cutie Mark: A pair of white feather wings with a large V covering where the wings meet.

Personality: Practically Fearless but lacking in common sense.<br />Loves to help other ponies but tries helping them before they've explained what they needed help with. Leading many rather hesitant to ask for his help or pretending they aren't in any difficult. All in all he is a good soul and will always try to fix his mistakes.

Backstory: Named after a cheesy action film by his father.<br /><br />Vengeful Impact is a very strange pegusi in that he enjoys crashing into things at high speed and making them explode. It started as a quirk he discovered while learning to fly. He would often crash alot no matter how hard he tried to control his landings.<br /><br />On day he began learning about 'crash landings' and completely misunderstood the concept, and instead of slowing to land, sped up, generating enough speed to create sparks of lighting on his wingtips so that then he touched down it would discharge as a shockwave, leaving him standing and the ground a huge crater. The stunt earned him his cutie mark but he still go an F in landing.<br /><br />He eventually learned to land without leaving the flight camp looking like the moon's surface.<br /><br />He did however continue to experiment with his talent though he has yet to find a use for it other than breaking things and making them explode.<br /><br />He is also the only pegesus, by order of the courts, not allowed to fly in any town or city in equestria.
