Cutie Mark: A purple rose with vines around it. Violet earned her cutie mark while her father, Umbra Void, still imprisoned her. She always had a love and fascination for flowers and plants, especially roses. One day, as she sat in her fathers courtyard, tending to her garden, she was approached by an unknown young stallion. At first, Violet didn't trust the stallion and tried her best to keep her distance from him, but over time, as he repeatedly visited her in her garden, she began to fall in love with him. One night, she admitted her love to the young stallion, and he seemed overjoyed, and returned her sentiment. However, her happiness didn't last long, as through the manipulation and dark magic of her father, Violet was convinced that the stallion she loved had cheated on her, causing her happiness to shatter. But Umbra didn't stop there, he went even further by convincing Violet to get revenge on the stallion. So Violet did the first thing she could think of, she snipped one of her purple poisoness roses that she had been breeding and gave it to the stallion. Violet then watched in sad silence as the stallion she once loved, pricked his hoof on one of the thorns, poisoning him and paralyzing him. As he laid there, slowly dying, the last thing the poor, deceived stallion saw, was Violets new cutie mark. A purple rose, surrounded by thorn covered vines. Since that day, Violet has never tried to love again, and the worst part, is that Violet never found out about her fathers deception.

Personality: Very kind, polite, brave, smart and loyal, she is the exact opposite of her father, umbra void, but due to so many years with her father, she has a dark, very dark side of her that she hates about herself, the side of her that her father bought out...

Backstory: A reluctant slave under her fathers power, she was kidnapped at birth and raised by her father until she was 18, when she found her brother crimson, escaping and spending a few monthes with him before she was kdnapped again by her father.
